3. Products and Pricing

5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Allston, Massachusetts studio, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shyla Wellness Co. is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Refund and Return Policy
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Opened essential oil kits, used diffusers, and consumed consumable items may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact shymelkamish@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
